The Role

Oversee manufacturing requirements, process specifications, and root cause analyses to guarantee dependable, high-quality production.
Establish team priorities, monitor project progress, and guide engineers in reaching essential company objectives.
Develop industry-leading methodologies for manufacturing process qualification, scalability, and automation.
Execute advanced manufacturing strategies in machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, bonding, coatings, and joining.
