Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Operational & Quality Leadership: Manage QC operations, ensuring accurate evaluations across all Manufacturing QC personnel. Oversee job order prioritization, workflow planning, and capacity management to meet production lead times. Provide technical guidance and support for complex quality issues. Ensure quality standards, inspection criteria, and pass/fail definitions are clearly documented and applied uniformly. Identify root causes of defects and collaborate with factory leadership on corrective actions. Work with production teams to facilitate timely job corrections. People Management & Development:Lead, mentor, and develop QC team members, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for the QC team. Identify skills gaps and coordinate targeted training to enhance quality judgment. Provide regular performance feedback and support career development. Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication:Act as the primary QC contact for production and factory leadership, proactively communicating quality matters.
