Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles including manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, production planners, and other manufacturing support positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, production schedules, and team requirements.
Source candidates through a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting agencies, and networking events.
Evaluate candidates for technical expertise, experience in manufacturing settings, and cultural fit.
Guide the interview, offer, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain precise and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Monitor recruiting metrics to enhance sourcing strategies and achieve high-volume hiring objectives.
Represent ACS at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract top-tier manufacturing talent.
What You’ll Need:
3–8 years of recruiting experience, emphasizing manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations roles.
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
Experience in recruiting for positions such as manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, and related roles.
