Qualifications
Required Skills:MUST HAVE: Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, operations, compliance, or continuous improvement within a production environment, preferably in the Food and Beverage or Packaging industries. Exceptional ability to influence executives and business owners. Proficient in establishing relationships and gaining trusted advisor status swiftly with prospective clients. Strong business acumen encompassing operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, and P&L management. Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies. Exemplary judgement and outstanding assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Fluency in a second language is advantageous.

As a key member of our team, the Manufacturing Solutions Consultant will operate under the guidance of the Solutions Director, spearheading pre-sales activities and resource planning. This customer-facing role demands an individual who excels in creating immediate connections, confidently navigating high-stakes interactions with customers.
This is a full-time, exempt position that offers remote work flexibility and requires travel within the EU/UK, potentially up to 75% during peak sales periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and influence potential customers through on-site support and remote executive presentations.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of all Redzone modules.
Conduct both on-site and remote opportunity assessments for prospective clients.
Provide mentorship and development support to account executives.
Develop technical scoping documents and collaborate closely with Project Managers and implementation teams.
Quickly generate analyses including ROIs, cash flows, and breakeven assessments.
Oversee the completion of RFPs and RFQs.
