Role overview
This role centers on managing enterprise-level geospatial data, asset mapping, and production workflows. Deep experience in geospatial data governance and asset mapping is essential, especially within organizations that operate across multiple locations.
What you will do
- Lead asset mapping projects across airport campuses, covering building interiors and infrastructure assets while maintaining spatial accuracy and compliance with GIS standards.
- Coordinate data tracking and field survey efforts, integrating GPS and GIS data for precise results.
- Oversee the intake, review, and validation of incoming mapping data, including record drawings and surveys.
- Manage mapping data workflows to deliver outputs on time and with consistent quality control.
- Guide GIS team members and collaborate with other departments to meet operational and project mapping needs.
- Handle daily requests for maps and exhibits, including the transmission of electronic data files.
Requirements
