Engage in work at heights and in confined spaces, with training provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
Maneuver lifting devices to transport materials to designated areas.
Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on equipment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare products for shipment, confirming accuracy in counts and types.
Organize materials based on predetermined sequences such as size and type.
Workplace Culture
Adhere to all safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and confined space procedures.
Support the training and development of junior operators.
Collaborate effectively with various trades to ensure project completion and workflow efficiency.
Thrive in a fast-paced ship production environment, working independently and as part of a team.
