What You Will Do #LI-Remote

Following the exciting acquisition of The Hotels Network, you will take on the role of Market Manager, leading our expansion efforts in Greece. As the face of THN's groundbreaking technology, now powered by Lighthouse, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying and engaging potential hotel partners to successfully closing new business. Your objective will be to establish a significant market presence and assist hotels in Greece in boosting their direct bookings and revenue.

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Formulate and implement a strategic business plan to establish and grow our presence in the Greek market, identifying new opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all activities and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, directly impacting our revenue growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying critical feedback from the Greek market to our product development teams.
  • Represent Lighthouse and The Hotels Network at industry events, conferences, and roadshows to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upgrades and ensuring their sustained success.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence, and commercial data to enhance forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, and continuously optimize sales processes in collaboration with Sales Operations.
