Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a sales pipeline through inbound leads: scheduling calls, organizing demos, managing lead qualification, and transferring leads to the sales team. Building a sales pipeline through outbound efforts: identifying and engaging target accounts, coordinating outreach with sales development teams. Planning, executing, and evaluating webinars, events, and affiliate programs: promoting our brand through both live and virtual formats. Spearheading account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives: designing and implementing campaigns specifically for targeted accounts, collaborating with marketing and sales for personalized outreach and follow-up. Working with growth/SDR/junior growth teams to streamline processes, enhance conversion rates, monitor metrics, and iterate for continuous improvement.
