About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign & Event Manager to propel pipeline growth through impactful marketing campaigns and industry events.
This position will take charge of planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives (both online and offline), with a dedicated focus on:
Generating high-quality leads
Enhancing enterprise sales processes
Demonstrating our technology through engaging real-world interactions
You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure that all campaigns and events are strategically aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create targeted campaigns tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key industry sectors
Work alongside Product Marketing to ensure compelling messaging and positioning
Partner with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and strengthen the pipeline through campaigns
2. Event & Field Marketing
Oversee the complete execution of industry events, including:
Trade shows
Conferences
Customer demonstrations and roadshows
Manage logistics, vendor relations, booth design, and on-site execution
Collaborate with Sales to maximize meetings and pipeline opportunities arising from events
3. Pipeline & Lead Generation
Drive high-quality lead generation and engage accounts
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Ensure effective lead capture, timely follow-ups, and smooth handoffs to the sales team
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and report on campaign and event effectiveness:
Leads generated
Meetings scheduled
Pipeline established
Analyze ROI and consistently refine campaigns and channel strategies
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage closely with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals
