The Role

As our inaugural dedicated marketing hire, you will be pivotal in translating our established positioning, messaging, and brand into a robust sales pipeline. You will report directly to a co-founder and collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams. With access to budget and tools, your output will be our primary focus, irrespective of your years of experience.

Please note, this position is in-person in Arlington, TX, remote work is not an option.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with VP Operations and fulfillment leaders, ensuring consistency in our positioning.
  • Oversee demand generation initiatives across paid, organic, events, partnerships, and outbound support, tracking what leads to qualified conversations and conversions.
  • Create engaging content including case studies, product narratives, landing pages, and email sequences that captivate our audience.
  • Leverage AI tools extensively for content creation, research, data analysis, and campaign management, using your judgment to determine quality while the tools manage efficiency.
  • Establish repeatable processes to ensure sustained marketing success, this role is about building a systematic approach, not just executing one-off campaigns.
  • Manage our website to ensure it not only looks appealing but also effectively converts visitors into leads.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing efforts with our distribution partners through joint content and channel enablement strategies.
  • Implement tracking for attribution and monitor pipeline contribution and conversion rates to stay informed on performance metrics.
  • Engage with sales, participate in customer calls, and review support tickets to glean insights that enhance our marketing strategies.

Who You Are

  • You are a quick learner with a knack for grasping challenging concepts, regardless of whether your background includes extensive B2B marketing experience. Previous roles may include internships, freelance projects, or self-initiated ventures.
  • Your writing is clear and direct, allowing you to effectively explain complex technical products to diverse audiences.
