Role overview
The Marketing Manager shapes brand content and design strategy, leads demand generation campaigns, and manages public relations. This position supervises a small marketing team and works alongside commercial and business leaders to ensure marketing aligns with company goals.
What you will do
- Develop and implement content and design strategies for the brand
- Plan and oversee demand generation campaigns from start to finish
- Manage public relations and external communications to advance brand objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators and marketing specialists
- Work closely with commercial and business unit leaders for unified execution
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in content creation, demand generation, or public relations within a B2B SaaS startup
- Proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities across marketing areas
- Proactive mindset, comfortable working both strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using AI or automation tools in campaign execution
