Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Change: Spearhead comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-level marketing operations initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery and robust user adoption.
- Apply Change Management Frameworks: Assess and implement the most effective organizational psychology and behavioral frameworks to design tailored transition strategies that cater to each client’s unique environment.
- Engage Executive Stakeholders: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior marketing leadership, effectively translating complex operational changes into clear business value and readiness within the organization.
- Manage and Mentor: Oversee a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of professional development and excellence in executing change management initiatives.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with technical architects and technologists to ensure system implementations (e.g., Workfront, Martech) are supported by comprehensive human-centric transition plans.
- Measure Impact: Establish and monitor success metrics associated with service delivery excellence, employee engagement, and platform proficiency to illustrate ROI.
- Drive Iterative Change: Apply agile change management methodologies, leveraging real-time adoption data and user feedback loops to adapt strategies and maintain alignment with evolving client marketing objectives.
- Strengthen Change Maturity: Proactively assess change readiness and implement strategies to enhance organizational adaptability.
