Key Responsibilities
The primary mission of the Marketing Program Manager is to lead Trafilea’s Operational Framework within the Marketing Department, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, programs, and cross-functional initiatives. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from planning to launch, aligning business strategies with execution, optimizing workflows, and enhancing organizational efficiency. The Marketing Program Manager will provide leadership and best practices across various teams to achieve objectives and key results (OKRs), improve communication, and facilitate scalable growth.
Oversee comprehensive project management for various marketing initiatives.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, operations).
Support the setup and governance of tribes/squads aligned with PMO methodology.
Conduct regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
Drive continuous improvement in frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).
Monitor and report on project and team performance, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication and ensure high-quality outcomes across all projects.
