Role Overview
The Marketing Strategy Associate will join one of Fever’s largest teams, which supports nearly every department. The marketing team uses data analysis and research to design, launch, and measure 360º marketing campaigns that encourage communities to discover standout experiences in their cities.
Within marketing, teams focus on areas such as Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.
What You Will Do
- Lead and implement marketing strategies for assigned experiences.
- Develop scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide, including partner events and Fever Original productions.
- Launch and optimize high-impact performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to review results, identify opportunities, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Manage regional P&L and oversee significant marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and ROI is maximized across channels and sectors.
