Role Overview
The Marketing Strategy Manager will be based in Madrid, with a focus on leading marketing strategy for a broad portfolio of experiences. This position sits within one of Fever’s largest teams, which supports nearly every department by designing, executing, and analyzing 360-degree marketing campaigns. The marketing department includes teams for Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.
What You Will Do
- Own and oversee the full marketing strategy for a range of experiences, driving demand, visibility, and sustainable growth.
- Develop compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals, with a global reach.
- Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta, as well as Google, TikTok, and new platforms. Ensure campaigns deliver consistent performance and strong ROI.
- Work closely with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to analyze metrics, spot opportunities, and shape strategies that maximize growth.
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to strengthen campaign effectiveness and results.
