What You'll Do:Manage marketing automation production requirements in Marketo (including webinars, emails, landing pages, nurture programs, and list imports) for new demand generation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements, maintaining proactive communication regarding project status and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Develop and document evolving processes as needed. Ensure campaign setups accurately track attribution throughout the marketing funnel. Maintain data integrity through thorough testing and prompt incident resolution. Engage in the team’s sprint process to help define and scope acceptance criteria for requested tasks. What We're Looking For:Proven experience with CRM, marketing automation, and martech tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar). Exceptional project management skills with a focus on independent execution and technical delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Marketing Technology Specialist

The Marketing Technology Specialist will spearhead the development and execution of marketing automation strategies for Fastly's marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with regional and global marketing teams, you will help define project requirements and leverage various marketing tools to implement email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows that directly support our sales teams. You will ensure adherence to defined processes in utilizing marketing technology and managing data. Additionally, you will work with the sales operations team to ensure the seamless transition of marketing-driven leads into the sales process.
