RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited university. Certification as a Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is required. Background in Information Technology, Data Solutions, Networking, or Cybersecurity is preferred. Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms such as Informatica, SAP, or Oracle. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage and analyze large datasets. Understanding of data governance concepts and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Administration Analyst to enhance our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the precision and consistency of data throughout the organization by overseeing MDM processes and tools. Your duties will encompass the administration of MDM systems and bolstering data governance initiatives aimed at elevating data quality and compliance.

The MDM Administration Analyst will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to facilitate data entry, maintenance, and retrieval, while also delivering insightful analysis and reporting on master data challenges. You will be instrumental in crafting and enforcing MDM policies and procedures that optimize master data management practices organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement solutions for challenges associated with physical servers, virtual servers, and data storage centers.
  • Engage with vendors to gather proposals, evaluate them, and prepare reports on technical feasibility to assist in the selection process.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and operation of new systems.
  • Monitor system operations and perform necessary maintenance for both main and backup systems.
  • Create email accounts for non-automated processes, including contractor and staff emails.
  • Add and delete users, create groups, and disable accounts upon separation.
  • Research solutions for internet security, antivirus software, and firewalls.
  • Prepare technical reports to assist management in choosing the right data solutions.
  • Configure firewalls, implement system policies and password protocols, and update antivirus software to safeguard user data.
  • Recommend training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement relevant departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to fulfill departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
