We are actively seeking a Measurement and Technical Compliance Engineer to join our esteemed consultancy based in Glasgow. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to make their mark in the field of civil engineering.

Key Qualifications:

Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in both on-site and office-based assessment and verification of measured quantities, ensuring compliance with contracts, processes, and standards
Extensive knowledge of maintenance and construction activities related to road network management

Responsibilities:

Prepare Measurement Reports
Conduct OI Review Reports
Generate Monitoring Reports
Contribute to Monthly and Annual Reports
Perform General Site Visits, including CDM/H&S checks
Complete Environmental Checklists
Respond to Ad Hoc IRIS data requests
Assist in Winter and Incident Response Reviews
Participate in Measurement meetings

Main Tasks:

Audit and review on-site works and related records, ensuring compliance with contract documentation
Assess suppliers' requests for payment
Provide detailed reports for the employer's responses to any contractual disputes
Maintain thorough understanding of relevant supplier contracts
