As a vital member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications. This hands-on position requires a commitment to efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve production goals while maintaining Vention's high-quality standards.
- Assemble a diverse range of components, from simple parts to complex systems, including palletizers, conveyors, robotic cells, machine tending applications, and safety enclosures in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Construct and integrate automation components to fulfill custom automation designs.
- Perform quality control inspections prior to shipping to ensure that all products adhere to Vention's rigorous standards.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders in line with Vention's quality criteria.
- Detect and report any discrepancies or missing information to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related challenges.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements by optimizing integration and warehouse operations.
