Qualifications
Establish and uphold effective communication with clients and broader project stakeholders. Develop and enforce method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction tasks, guaranteeing all HVAC outputs align with project, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the project team to organize mechanical installations, including pipework, to adhere to program milestones and deadlines. Oversee the project commercially from the handover from estimating to technical procurement of equipment, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist in documenting and estimating scope changes, including monthly valuations and contributions to the final account. Manage and track the two-week look-ahead programme in collaboration with the project team. Ensure that labour resources are planned, mobilized, and sustained according to program requirements.
