Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Mechanical and/or Electrical tender documents and drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Accurately prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and detailed cost estimates for M&E works.
- Assist in the preliminary Mechanical or Electrical design for Design & Build tenders.
- Compile technical documentation and proposals for tender submissions, showcasing our capabilities.
- Oversee contract administration for main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Carefully review Letters of Award from clients or main contractors to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Source, assess, negotiate, and shortlist suppliers and subcontractors tailored to project needs.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and efficiently process payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets diligently, propose value engineering solutions, and maintain close coordination with site teams.
