Become part of our Building team in the metropolitan area as a Mechanical Engineer. Whether you choose to work at our Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil office, you will be part of a team recognized for its expertise and the quality of its projects. You will participate in a variety of projects across institutional, residential, and commercial sectors. Leveraging your technical knowledge, you will design innovative solutions aimed at enhancing building performance.

Main Responsibilities
• Actively participate in the design and development of plans and specifications for building mechanical systems (ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, heating, and cooling).
• Determine construction costs and quantities in accordance with standardized methods and established plans and specifications.
• Conduct surveys and studies, and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in resolving technical problems.
• Write reports on work status and contribute to the development of action plans.
• Act as a resource person for the team.
• Prepare and monitor fee budgets and make recommendations.
• Prepare service proposals and follow up on project billing.
• Attend client meetings and represent CIMA+ as a project manager on small and medium-sized projects.
