You will be responsible for optimizing mechanical performance and supporting maintenance initiatives to guarantee seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Systems Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and pressure vessels.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Analyze equipment failures and propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with operation teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to efficiently identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Participate in safety and toolbox meetings to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Generate maintenance reports that provide insights and recommendations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
