Your Responsibilities Include:Contributing to the strategy development, execution, and optimization of paid media initiatives across marketing channels, including TV, OTT/VOD, Audio, Direct Mail, and OOH/DOOH. Managing daily interactions with key external agency partners and media vendors, ensuring robust relationships, achievement of business objectives, and timely deliverables. Overseeing the successful management of program KPIs and regularly validating performance. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development for designated programs. Generating weekly and monthly reports that encompass competitive share of voice, creative rotations, and pacing. Creating and presenting insightful and actionable content for various stakeholder meetings. Collaborating cross-functionally with media channel owners to amplify brand marketing and meet investment, CPA, and player value/ROI targets monthly, quarterly, and annually. Engaging with internal stakeholders across SBK, DFS, Picks, Predicts, and F2P commercial and operations to align on media strategy, identify key acquisition marketing opportunities, and recognize trends and criticalities. Driving ongoing assessments of FanDuel Group's media capabilities, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and prioritizing the test-and-learn roadmap. Operationalizing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) throughout the media and partnerships ecosystem. Conducting regular reporting, analysis, evaluation optimization, and recommendations for relevant channels.

The Media and Partnership team at FanDuel is seeking a dynamic Media Manager to spearhead the design, tracking, negotiation, and oversight of media planning for the FanDuel Predicts product. This pivotal role aims to enhance customer acquisition and drive significant revenue growth through effective media planning. You will manage various media channels, including TV, OTT/Streaming, Audio (both terrestrial and digital), Direct Mail, and Out-of-Home (OOH/dOOH). The ideal candidate will excel in cultivating and navigating essential relationships with agency partners and key vendors, guiding the media planning process to success.

As part of our team, you may also be tasked with additional responsibilities as needed to ensure operational flexibility and adapt to the company's evolving business landscape.
