About the Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Medical Marketing Manager to enhance our Marketing team! In this pivotal role, you will lead a creative group in strategizing, developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies. Your efforts will encompass content campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and all content-related strategies that align with our corporate objectives and elevate our brand's visibility.
*This role requires on-site presence at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.*
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive content strategies, including quarterly campaigns and targeted advertising initiatives, to bolster product awareness and stimulate lead generation.
- Develop and enhance the core messaging for our brand and its products, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy and resonance with diverse audience segments.
- Lead impactful product marketing launch campaigns by crafting persuasive messaging, defining unique value propositions, and producing high-quality promotional materials such as press releases, videos, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Serve as the primary resource for a variety of content, including advertisements, brochures, white papers, blog posts, infographics, and product launch materials.
- Compose engaging video scripts and collaborate with the production team to create high-caliber video content that supports marketing initiatives and product promotions.
- Oversee our webinar programs including speaker selection, content approval, and hosting responsibilities.
- Maintain and update website content while assisting in the development of website features as necessary.
- Support media outreach for product launches, creating media lists and fostering positive relationships with local news outlets.
- Analyze and enhance the visual performance of content marketing efforts using metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as lead generation, events, sales, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing content marketing team.
