Requirements:To excel in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment, with a strong background in Hematology and Chemistry. Familiarity with waived and moderate laboratory operations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have experience in phlebotomy, patient-facing care, and laboratory processes, including accessioning, specimen processing, performing assays, and quality troubleshooting.

The Opportunity:
Atria Health is looking for a skilled Medical Technician to join our in-office laboratory team in New York City. In this vital role, you will collaborate with clinical staff to collect samples for processing and testing in-office orders of waived and moderate complexity assays. You will also coordinate with partner laboratories for high complexity testing and ensure that our laboratory operations maintain the highest standards of compliance and quality. This position is on-site during standard business hours on weekdays, with occasional additional coverage required due to clinical and business demands.
