As a Member Services Representative II, your role will involve managing a diverse range of financial transactions, including the initiation of new memberships, handling deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments, and addressing account inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to deepen customer relationships by identifying and addressing their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit adaptability, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proactively acquire and enhance membership through sales and service efforts that promote members’ financial well-being, consistently achieving targets for product penetration and monthly performance metrics.
  • Deliver exemplary member service across all communication channels by utilizing product and procedural knowledge to resolve inquiries, build loyalty, and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Mitigate operational and compliance risks by adhering to Advancial policies, supporting efficient daily branch operations, and maintaining precise records of all accounts and transactions.
  • Maintain proficiency in required systems and software, manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure reliable operational coverage, including working at least two Saturday shifts per month and assisting with branch opening and closing as needed.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture throughout the organization by building strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners.
