Job Summary: Resilience Lab is actively seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to become an integral part of our expanding team!
Position Title: Associate Clinician
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
● Must possess an active Massachusetts state license (LCSW or Provisionally licensed LMHC).
● A strong desire to enhance both clinical and business skills.
● Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
● Commitment to self-awareness and self-care practices.
● Passionate about community engagement and collaboration.
● Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.

● Compensation rate of $55 per unit (1 unit = 1 hour).

Key Responsibilities:
● Expertise in the Resilience Lab Methodology (RLM), focusing on client engagement, retention, and successful graduation.
● Maintain a minimum of 30 units per month.
● Complete the onboarding program provided by Resilience Lab.
● Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
● Assess client needs, build rapport, and delve into feelings, attitudes, and behaviors.
● Assist clients in developing coping strategies and implementing positive changes.
● Evaluate therapy effectiveness through detailed intake notes, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
● Participate in supervision sessions to reflect on therapy practices, including transference and countertransference considerations.
● Pursue continuous learning opportunities, including staying updated on theoretical advancements.
● Network within and beyond the organization to maintain continuity and collaboration.
