Qualifications

A Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state. Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in the behavioral and mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology). A minimum of 6 months of post-master's supervised experience utilizing evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT). Preferred knowledge and experience treating OCD using ERP and/or ACT. Strong organizational skills, an eagerness to learn, excellent communication abilities, receptiveness to feedback, and effective time management skills. A diligent self-starter who enjoys and excels in autonomous work environments. Proficient in G-suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe, with a tech-savvy approach. Access to a confidential, private workspace with stable internet connectivity (minimum 50mbps download speed).
