Qualifications

A Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state. A Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in behavioral or mental health (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology). At least 6 months of post-master's supervised experience utilizing evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT). Familiarity with treating OCD using ERP and/or ACT is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, excellent communication abilities, and effective time management skills. Self-motivated, conscientious, and comfortable with independent work. Proficient in G-suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe, with a tech-savvy mindset. A confidential workspace with reliable internet access (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
