Qualifications

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Diploma in a related engineering discipline with at least 7 years of practical experience. Skills and Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction best practices. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, such as NFPA, IEC, and ASHRAE. Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation accurately. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is advantageous. Capability to work effectively on-site, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
