Meta Media Buyer – Affiliate Marketing

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Meta Media Buyer with extensive expertise in affiliate marketing and high-volume ad management. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who excels in data-driven decision making, accelerates campaign performance, and knows how to successfully scale offers with a budget exceeding $10K per day.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, including campaign structure, creative testing, and optimization strategies, to achieve outstanding results across Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with daily budgets exceeding $10K for each offer.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies designed to optimize conversions (including UGC ads, advertorials, lead generation, and ecommerce).
- Conduct structured creative testing to determine the most effective combinations of hooks, copy, formats, and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with affiliate and funnel teams to ensure alignment of creatives, pre-sell content, and checkout processes for optimal CVR and ROAS.
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV using tools like Triple Whale, RedTrack, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Stay informed about platform updates, creative trends, and compliance changes, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Set up and troubleshoot CAPI, pixel configurations, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate full-funnel attribution.
- Analyze performance data for optimization and provide weekly reports on campaign results and scaling prospects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying, ideally within affiliate or direct-response contexts.
- A proven history of managing daily ad spends of $10K+ across various geos or verticals (such as beauty, wellness, finance, health, etc.).
- A strong grasp of ad creative strategies, including effective hooks, attention-grabbing visuals, UGC, and compliance best practices.
- Fluent in campaign architecture (CBO, ABO, broad testing, Advantage+ shopping) and audience targeting.
- Experience with third-party tracking solutions (e.g., RedTrack, Triple Whale, Hyros) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Robust analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
- A self-motivated approach with a focus on execution and results; capable of thriving in a remote, autonomous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate networks, CPA/CPL models, and high-conversion landing page funnels.
- Familiarity with native ad compliance and effective scaling strategies (white/gray hat).
- Capability to create creative briefs and collaborate with editors, copywriters, and designers.
- Experience testing across new Meta platforms and features.
