Join our team as a Methods Agent - Operations Support!
In this critical role, you will work primarily on weekends to drive operational excellence and support technical problem-solving initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading technical problem resolution by coordinating activities across support services and overseeing the entire problem-solving process, including drafting and implementing plans and recommendations.
- Managing short- to medium-term projects aimed at optimizing production, reducing costs, and minimizing non-value-added activities.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production teams to harmonize engineering and assembly strategy changes.
- Developing assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Identifying necessary tools for the manufacturing and assembly of aircraft components to ensure adherence to required geometric tolerances.
- Continuously seeking improvements in assembly and manufacturing strategies and engaging in research and development projects.
- Streamlining the processes for drafting work instructions and first production control.
