We are seeking microbiology specialists who are well-versed in bacteriology, virology, parasitology, mycology, microbial genetics, antibiotic resistance, microbial pathogenesis, environmental microbiology, industrial microbiology, and microbial ecology. You will test advanced language models on subjects such as host-pathogen interactions, culture techniques, microbial metabolism, clinical microbiology diagnostics, PCR and qPCR methodologies, sterile techniques, biosafety protocols, and the significance of microbiomes in health and disease, documenting every potential error to refine model reasoning.
On a daily basis, you will engage with the model on laboratory scenarios and theoretical microbiology queries, verify factual accuracy and logical consistency, document reproducible errors, and propose enhancements for our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A Master’s degree or PhD in microbiology or a closely related life science field is preferred; experience with peer-reviewed publications, laboratory or field research, or practical laboratory diagnostics will signal a strong fit.
