Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Automation Developer to architect and implement automation solutions that integrate case files, structured data, document templates, and AI drafting systems. In this role, you will create Power Automate flows, configure SharePoint document libraries, implement DocuSign triggers, and link an AI document drafting component (Claude) to a dynamic "Case Summary" document that serves as the central intelligence hub for active cases. This position demands strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise, a systems-thinking approach, and the ability to independently execute complex multi-flow integrations.

Your Contributions:

Develop a conditional case intake form that organizes essential case data during intake.
Design a dynamic "Case Summary" document that auto-populates from intake data and updates through AI analysis of new documents.
Implement locked Word templates for legal documents such as complaints, demand letters, and interrogatories.
Automate the routing of signed retainers from DocuSign into the appropriate SharePoint case folders.
Create workflow triggers for document generation as cases progress through key stages (litigation, demands, closings).
Generate weekly treatment update reports automatically from Excel tracking sheets.
