We are seeking passionate Mid-Level Salesforce Developers who excel in consulting and client-facing environments. Your extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, and industry solutions will be invaluable.
As a vital member of our expanding Salesforce delivery team, you will contribute to the development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions utilizing both declarative and programmatic tools. Collaborating within Agile delivery squads, you will support client engagements and influence business outcomes through impactful CRM and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Core Development:
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
- Implement automation using Flows, declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft.
- Engage in code reviews and manage Salesforce Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and version control systems.
- Uphold Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
Sales & Service Cloud Focus:
Sales Cloud:
Experience with Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management, assignment rules, auto-conversion, and custom quote flows is essential. Familiarity with Product Catalogs, Pricing, Sales Engagement, and High Velocity Sales is advantageous.
Service Cloud:
Comprehensive understanding of Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlement Processes, Knowledge Base, and Agent Workspace is required. Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements is a plus.
Experience Cloud & Agentforce:
Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences. Support innovative Agentforce use cases, including AI-driven agent prompts and customer orchestration workflows.
Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP):
Utilize Data Cloud tools for real-time data ingestion, unified customer profiles management, and segment activation for marketing journeys. Create connectors and data streams for event-based personalization.
Industry Cloud Experience (Nice to Have):
Financial Services Cloud (FSC):
Knowledge of Household modeling, Financial Accounts, Goals, Activities, and Compliance objects.
Manufacturing Cloud:
Experience with program management, Sales Agreements, and Account-Based Forecasting.
