Key Responsibilities:
- Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Guide the Scrum Team to produce high-value increments.
- Facilitate the removal of obstacles to the Scrum Team’s progress.
- Ensure all Scrum events are engaging, productive, and time-efficient.
- Assist the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Help the Scrum Team in crafting clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Support the Product Owner in empirical product planning for complex environments.
- Lead, train, and coach the organization in adopting Scrum practices.
- Advise on Scrum implementations throughout the organization.
- Assist employees and stakeholders in understanding and applying an empirical approach to complex tasks.
- Utilize and adapt SCRUM development processes to meet project needs.
