Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Development: Actively create and manage outbound pipeline opportunities within accounts of up to 5,000 employees. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with mid-market clients, acting as their primary liaison. Account Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans to optimize growth and enhance customer engagement in your territory. Customer Success: Facilitate the effective adoption of LaunchDarkly by utilizing best practices in account management and collaborating with engineering, customer success, and support teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly communicate LaunchDarkly’s value proposition to key stakeholders, including VP- and C-suite executives, to enhance brand visibility and influence decision-making. Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with your Solutions Engineer to deliver strategic business and technical insights that align with customer goals, fostering value and long-term success. Cross-Functional Cooperation: Coordinate with internal teams—including customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations—to address customer needs efficiently. Forecasting & Reporting: Ensure high levels of forecasting accuracy and consistency to aid in business growth and predictability.
