About the Role
Join Playground’s dynamic Customer Experience team as a Mid-Market Account Manager and make a meaningful impact. In this strategic role, you will be the primary liaison for our most significant and influential clients, key players in the child care sector.
You will be instrumental in fostering robust relationships, driving the adoption of new features, and ensuring that our enterprise clients meet their objectives. This position demands exceptional problem-solving abilities to align customer desires with broader business goals, while keeping stakeholders informed about product developments and facilitating the rollout of new features. As a pivotal contributor to Playground’s core operations, you will have the chance to influence long-term success and deliver substantial value to both our clients and the organization.
This is an on-site position based in our New York City office, where collaboration with a vibrant team will drive innovation and growth.
