Key Responsibilities:Maintain proactive daily contact with a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, establishing strong relationships through timely communication, monitoring customer health, and enhancing social media performance. Oversee post-sale relationships, engaging with multiple stakeholders and employing negotiation strategies, with managerial support, to facilitate successful renewals and expansions. Provide regular forecasts and ensure that Salesforce (SFDC) is updated, maintaining account data health and addressing potential risks or objections swiftly. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, leveraging your product knowledge to tailor renewal strategies to meet specific customer needs. Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (SBR) to evaluate achievements, opportunities, account growth, and areas for improvement. Track customer engagement metrics and trends using SFDC, Gainsight, Gong, and other tools to inform future strategies. Build a robust expansion pipeline by focusing on upselling product add-ons during contract renewals or service periods to consistently meet or exceed targets. Understand contract terms and processes to positively influence renewals and ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate client feedback to the manager and relevant internal teams. Log customer feature requests and update account notes in Salesforce, identifying and escalating potential account risks. Collaborate with Professional Services as needed. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our platform and comprehensive product suite, you will drive customer success and achieve outstanding renewal and expansion results. This hybrid role is based in our offices located in London or Luxembourg and reports directly to the Manager of Account Management, Mid-Market.
