Qualifications
QualificationsUniversity degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2 level). Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile. Familiarity with common Java frameworks and libraries, including Spring, Hibernate, and Maven/Gradle. Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational/NoSQL databases. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and professional reports. Proficient in collaboration and version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence.
