To thrive in this role, we seek candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and restoration. Proficiency in structural analysis software, a solid understanding of seismic design principles, and excellent communication skills are essential. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
