Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain server-rendered applications using Next.js.
- Develop user interface components and features according to design wireframes.
- Work collaboratively with backend developers to integrate APIs and facilitate smooth data flow.
- Enhance application performance for optimal speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.
- Document development processes, coding standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in web development, focusing on Next.js.
- Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
- Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiar with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
- Able to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation in Next.js.
- Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g., Ant Design, Material-UI).
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel).
