QUALIFICATIONSRequired:A valid Tennessee teaching license or proof of enrollment in a job-embedded Educator Preparation Program. A conferred Bachelor’s degree. Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check. Preferred Qualities:Dedication to supporting students from educationally under-resourced communities. Proven track record of effective teaching in similar environments. At least two years of teaching experience. Strong commitment to data-driven instruction. A passion for advancing the mission and values of KIPP Nashville.
