Drive Exceptional Outcomes
To realize our ambitious vision, we are on the lookout for Middle School English (ELA) Teachers who possess a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of lead teaching experience (New York certification preferred), demonstrating a proven track record of facilitating remarkable student growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design inquiry-driven, academically challenging ELA lessons that ignite curiosity, enhance understanding, and empower all students to engage meaningfully in their learning journey.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive classroom culture that cultivates a genuine love for learning and strengthens community ties among students and families.
- Master Zeta’s academic and social-emotional curriculum, equipping yourself with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding instruction daily.
- Champion Zeta’s ambitious academic goals, including ensuring that 90%+ of students achieve at or above grade level in ELA, and work persistently to help every student achieve these outcomes.
- Leverage data, student work, and research-based resources to enhance student achievement and continuously refine your teaching practices.
