At Kia Retailers, we are dedicated to empowering Veterans through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), a unique initiative supported by Kia America, Inc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, covering engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests in alignment with Kia and Retailer policies.
  • Test drive vehicles to thoroughly analyze, diagnose, and repair components and systems utilizing Kia's diagnostic strategies and specialized tools.
  • Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently while fostering communication with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance the customer experience.
