This opportunity is part of Kia America, Inc.'s Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), designed to transition veterans into fulfilling automotive careers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Expertly diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, focusing on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Efficiently complete repair orders and warranty requests in alignment with Kia and retailer policies.
- Conduct thorough test drives, utilizing Kia's diagnostic strategies, special tools, and equipment to analyze and repair vehicle systems.
- Deliver timely services and communicate effectively with the shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:
- Honorable discharge from military service.
- Possession of a valid driver's license from any state with a clean driving record.
