Barbaricum is actively seeking a Mission Assurance Analyst to assist in the execution of policies, plans, and strategies for the Headquarters Air Force Critical Asset Risk Management (CARM) office. CARM is responsible for performing essential Mission Assurance (MA) functions, managing defense critical infrastructure (DCI), and fulfilling Risk Management requirements for the Air Force. This role includes identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and overseeing risk management actions for the most vital USAF and Department of Defense (DoD) assets, in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 3020.45.
The selected candidate will primarily focus on conducting asset identification and assessment tasks within the Mission Assurance framework. This includes recommending asset nominations based on mission criticality, updating asset data in MA systems of record, and preparing for MA assessments. Additionally, this individual will create briefings, contribute to technical analysis papers, and perform routine analyses of Air Force assets to support Headquarters Air Force CARM initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop Mission Analysis Briefings for Air Force nominated Mission Assurance Assessments.
- Maintain and update records for Air Force owned assets in Mission Assurance systems.
- Comprehend and implement DODI 3020.45 policies and procedures.
