Team Overview: Middle East Operations
The Middle East team delivers Anduril’s integrated systems and platforms to clients across the region. This group adapts core products for defense and commercial sectors, responding to the unique requirements of the Middle East market. As the team grows, members take on a range of responsibilities to support expansion.
Role Overview: Mission Operations Manager
The Mission Operations Manager will establish and manage deployments for Anduril’s offerings in the Middle East. For the first 9 to 12 months, the focus will be on supporting operations and reporting for a multi-site program, while maintaining a strong regional presence. This position plays a key role in executing current in-country programs and preparing for future growth and operational independence.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Travel: 50-75% within the region
What You Will Do
- Work with Division and Anduril leadership to build an effective staffing structure, supporting in-country hiring, infrastructure setup, and resource distribution as the organization expands.
- Support the corporate planning cycle by managing local business operations, tracking progress against goals, financial plans, and headcount targets to meet growth objectives.
- Coordinate with Product Engineering and Test and Evaluation teams to spot and address operational gaps, ensuring programs run smoothly.
- Serve as a point of contact for Anduril US regarding international trade and export compliance issues.
- Monitor recruiting, staffing, and financial performance versus plans, advising leadership on resource planning and adjustments as needed.
