In this mobile role, you will be responsible for ensuring our coffee and vending machines are impeccably stocked and hygienically maintained across multiple client locations, while providing exceptional customer service during each visit.

What You Will Do
- Maintain vending machines by ensuring they are filled and cleaned according to company standards.
- Conduct stock and cash control checks across machines and vehicles.
- Diagnose and resolve minor machine issues, reporting any faults promptly.
- Document and communicate accidents, unfit foods, and customer complaints to your Area Manager or Service Desk immediately.
- Train new team members and provide guidance to enhance service quality.
- Deliver high levels of customer care, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform regular audits and quality checks as per your Area Retail Manager's instructions.
- Alert your Area Manager regarding any machines that do not meet Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards.
- Travel to various sites using a company van or public transport as needed.
